PPC and Enerflex Discuss Energy Equipment Supplies for Ukraine

A delegation from JV Poltava Petroleum Company (PPC) visited Enerflex’s office and
manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas. The parties discussed technological solutions for
Ukraine’s oil and gas sector and potential equipment supplies to Ukraine under martial law.

Enerflex is a global energy infrastructure provider headquartered in Calgary, Canada. The
company has more than 45 years of experience in compression technologies. Its technical
solutions also cover gas processing, power generation, and water treatment.

PPC has operated Enerflex reciprocating compressor packages at its production facilities for
many years. During the visit, the Ukrainian delegation toured the manufacturing operations
for natural gas compression, treatment, and purification equipment, as well as power
generation systems and modular process facilities.

Particular attention was given to pre-engineered modular units that can be rapidly installed
and commissioned directly at production sites.

According to Enerflex representatives, the Houston facility is currently executing more than
70 projects, including projects for customers in Texas and companies operating in the Gulf of
Mexico.

As part of the visit, PPC CEO Vitaliy Dorogan held a working meeting with Sam Purdy, P.E.,
Director of Engineering at Enerflex. The parties reviewed potential equipment supplies to
Ukraine, equipment servicing and maintenance, and cooperation in natural gas
compression, mobile power generation, and modular energy systems.

“We already have a positive track record of operating Enerflex equipment at our production
facilities. The next step could be the deployment of advanced modular solutions that would
accelerate project execution and improve the reliability of energy infrastructure for Ukraine’s
oil and gas producers,” said PPC CEO Vitaliy Dorogan.

Despite the logistical challenges involved in shipping technology and equipment from the
United States to Ukraine, PPC has successfully delivered equipment and spare parts during
the war. This provides a practical foundation for further expanding the partnership with
Enerflex.

Following the visit, the parties agreed to continue evaluating the technical and logistical
parameters of potential cooperation.
