JV PPC Included in the List of Taxpayers with a High Level of Voluntary Tax Compliance

In August 2025, the joint venture Poltava Petroleum Company (JV PPC) was added to the
list of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation.

This status is granted to companies that consistently, transparently, and punctually fulfil their
tax obligations. For businesses, it serves not only as confirmation of financial reliability but
also simplifies interaction with tax authorities: fewer inspections and the opportunity to
benefit from a range of advantages in tax administration.

Additionally, such taxpayers are assigned a personal compliance manager from the tax
authorities, who provides consultation on tax-related matters.

“Receiving the status of a reliable taxpayer is the result of our team’s consistent work and
proof of PPC’s business transparency. We always adhere to high standards of financial
discipline and remain committed to timely meeting our obligations to the state, paying taxes,
supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and contributing to social initiatives, because we
are confident: our resilience is part of the country’s resilience,” noted JV PPC CEO Vitalii
Dorohan.

To recap, despite shelling and damage to production facilities, PPC consistently fulfils tax
obligations. Between 2022 and 2024, the company paid over UAH 5.4 bln in tax
contributions, and in just the first half of 2025 alone, it contributed UAH 606.424 mln to
budgets at various levels.

Thus, PPC not only ensures the stable operation of the enterprise but also makes a
significant contribution to the development of the state and the communities where it
operates.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, JV PPC has regularly supported Ukraine’s
Defense Forces: the company has supplied the army units with drones of various types,
networking equipment, spare parts for thermal imagers, sets of winter tactical clothing, and
assistance with vehicles necessary for combat missions.

In addition, JV PPC continues to care for communities in the Poltava region: providing
support to schools and first graders, honouring World War II veterans, supporting adults and
children with special needs, organizing festive events for children, and assisting in the
restoration of medical institutions. In total, since the start of the war, the company has
allocated more than UAH 240 mln to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and social
projects.
