JV PPC Pays Over ₴290 Million in Taxes in Q1 2025

Joint Venture Poltava Petroleum Company (JV PPC), the key Ukrainian asset of the British
group JKX Oil & Gas, paid over UAH 290 million in taxes to national and local budgets in the
first quarter of 2025. The company continues to fulfill its financial obligations to the state in
good faith, supporting both economic stability and the development of local communities.

In addition to its fiscal contributions, JV PPC actively implements social and charitable
initiatives. From January through March 2025, the company allocated nearly UAH19 million
to support Ukraine’s defense forces and to assist communities across the Poltava region.

As part of its aid to the Ukrainian military, JV PPC donated more than 330 drones, special
antennas for reconnaissance and target engagement, a thermal imaging sight with a display
module, and a high-powered spotlight. Other support included two DJI Mavic 3T
quadcopters and assistance in acquiring vehicles to enhance the mobility and technical
capabilities of frontline troops.

In terms of social initiatives, during the first quarter of 2025, JV PPC provided football
equipment to the lyceum of the Novosanzharska Village Council. Additionally, during the
winter holidays, more than 3,000 children across five local communities in Poltava received
festive gift packages.

“JV PPC has supported Ukraine’s fight since the very first day of the full-scale invasion – and
continues to do so every day. We remain a reliable partner to both the state and our
communities: we meet all financial obligations, assist the Ukrainian military, and carry out
social initiatives. These are not one-off actions, but part of the company’s long-term strategy.
We firmly believe that the strength and resilience of Ukrainian business are the foundation of
the country’s economic endurance and future after Victory,” – says Vitalii Dorohan, CEO of
JV PPC.
