JV PPC provided equipment to the TereshkyTerritorial Community for organizing children’s events

Poltava Petroleum Company” (JV PPC) continues to consistently implement corporate social
responsibility projects aimed at supporting communities in its area of operations.

As part of its partnership with the Tereshky Territorial Community in Poltava Oblast, the
company provided financial assistance of nearly UAH 50,000. The funds are designated for
purchasing equipment to be used during children’s celebrations and cultural events for local
kids.

Supporting children and socially vulnerable groups is one of the key pillars of PPC’s social
policy. Every year, the company contributes to holiday initiatives for New Year, Easter, and
International Children’s Day. In spring 2025, JV PPC, in partnership with the Poltava City
Center for Social Services, delivered 500 traditional Easter cakes (paska) to children from
families facing difficult life circumstances.

JV PPC pays special attention to supporting orphans, children with disabilities, and
educational institutions. In the first quarter of 2025 alone, the company allocated nearly UAH
19 million to social initiatives in the Poltava region and to support Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

PPC emphasizes that supporting local communities and vulnerable groups is a systematic
approach of a responsible business committed to the region’s sustainable development and
the well-being of its residents.
