Holds the University Degree in Mining. Graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk Technical University. In 1993 worked on probation in the Cairo University and in the Red Sea oil and gas fields. Joined the JV PPC in 1994. Took part in different projects of drilling and overhaul of wells applying the state-of-the-art technologies developed by leading western and national companies. Supervised the first in Ukraine project of the well stimulation through the coiled tubing furnished by the BJ (NOUSCO). Appointed the Company Chief Drilling Engineer in 1997, holds the post of Technical Director since 2002. Joined the International Union of Petroleum Engineers in 1999. In 2002 took the professional Certificate in Management of the Open University (UK).

Graduated from the Kharkiv State University (Diplomas in Economics and Foreign Languages). In 1995 studied Economical, Legal and Political systems of Canada (The Canadian-Ukrainian Parliamentary Program). In 1995 worked in the First Ukrainian International Bank and in the Research Triangle Institute, USA. In 1997 took the Degree of Master of Economics (The Oklahoma State University, USA), in 2000 was qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
The JV PPC Chief Economist since 1997 and in 1999 nominated the JV PPC Finance Director.
Married, has a daughter.
