I. INFORMATION MATERIAL
1. Timing and venue of competitive bidding - on January 06, 2009.
Bids for the competitive bidding shall be accepted from the residents of Ukraine only to be sent from 10:00 hrs till 11:00 hrs (Kyiv time) at the email address commerc.oil@ppc.net.ua.
2. The volume of crude oil to be offered for sale at the competitive bidding: 2000 (two thousand) metric tonnes.
3. Minimal lot is 250 (two hundred and fifty) metric tonnes.
4. Lot number should be indicated in the bid.
5. Starting price will be announced before 10:00 hrs on the day of bidding.
6. Augment of price for each round is UAH 10 (ten).
7. Special terms and conditions of the bidding to be held January 06, 2009:
Crude oil shall be paid by January 09, 2009, i.e. the Seller shall receive 100% advance payment from the Buyer for the acquired volume by January 09, 2009, inclusive. The moneys received after January 09, 2009, will be repaid to the Buyer.
8. Special terms and conditions for the clients who had had no contractual relations with JV PPC: maximal lot to be acquired is up to 30% of crude oil offered for sale.
