IV. Copies of documents authorized and sealed by the enterprise manager to be submitted prior to execution of the contract with JV Poltava Petroleum Company
(to be submitted prior to execution of the first contract and updated once a year):
1. Copy of the Charter.
2. Copy of Certificate on state registration of a legal entity.
3. Copy of Certificate on registration with the Unified State Registrar of enterprises and organisations of Ukraine.
4. Copy of Certificate on registration of the VAT payer.
5. Copy of Passport details of the enterprise’s manager.
6. Buyer’s banking details.
