On December 09, 2008, the competitive bidding will be held to sell crude of JV PPC’s own production, where are supposed to be realised 3000 (three thousand) metric tonnes of crude oil.
Special terms and conditions of the bidding to be held on December 09, 2008:
Crude oil shall be paid by December 11, 2008, i.e. the Seller shall receive 100% advance payment from the Buyer for the acquired volume by December 11, 2008, inclusive. The moneys received after December 11, 2008, will be repaid to the Buyer.
Bids for the competitive bidding shall be accepted from the residents of Ukraine only, to be sent from 10:00 hrs till 11:00 hrs (Kyiv time) at the email address commerc.oil@ppc.net.ua followed by notification of the dispatch by telephone: (0532) 501-123. |

JV PPC is ready to market for free sale crude oil in the volume of 1000.000 MT at the price of UAH 2500.00 (two thousand five hundred) per 1 MT VAT inclusive.
