- Permanent Loading Facilities have been upgraded with installation of two oil tanks with capacity of 4 thousand cube m
- Upgrading of the Production Site accommodation facilities has been started
- Jubilee three billionth cubic meter of gas has been produced by the company since the day of beginning of its activity
- JV PPC was ranked the first in the National Business-Rating according to the total score of nominations: "Volume of Sales", "Profit", "Labour Productivity" and "Wages" in the industry "Oil Production" and was awarded with the Order "Leader of the Industry"
- As one of the best tax bearers, the JV "Poltava Petroleum Company" was awarded with the Ukrainian President's decoration.

- The Company has been ranked the 5th in the Rating "The Most Dynamical Oil and Gas Producing Companies of Ukraine"
- Launched into operation:
- The gas condensate stabilization equipment
- The power unit with capacity of 1000 kW
- Oil storage tanks with capacity of 4 thousand cu m
- Additional manifold designed for hooking up of five wells
- Three horizontal wells have been drilled (the total meterage exceeds 10000 m, length of horizontal sidings is above 1000 m)
- The TOP-100 National Rating of the best Ukrainian companies rated JV PPC the 86th according to its profit gained in 2003.
- The JV PPC celebrated its 10th Anniversary.

- the Molchanov field began commercial production
