• Upgrading of production facilities;
  
• The Company was presented with the International Award for Excellence in Business Management;
  
• JV PPC again ranked 1st in the National Business Rating in joint nominations and was awarded with the Leader in the Industry medal. The awards show the recognition of the Company's efficient operation and unchallenged achievements.
  

2005

6 wells were drilled within the licensed areas;

• Permanent Loading Facilities were upgraded with installation of two oil tanks with capacity of 4,000 cu. m;
  
• Upgrading of the Production Site accommodation facilities commenced;
  
• JV PPC ranked 1st in the National Business Rating according to the total score of nominations: Volume of Sales, Profit, Labour Productivity and Wages in oil production and was awarded with the Leader in the Industry medal;
  
• The Company produced the milestone 3 billion cu m of gas since the beginning of its activities;
  
• As one of the best taxpayers JV Poltava Petroleum Company received  the decoration from the President of Ukraine
  

2004

The Company commissioned:

- condensate stabilization equipment
- 1,000 kW power generating unit
- 4,000 cu. m oil storage tanks
- additional five-slotted manifold

• The Company ranked 5th in the Ukraine’s Most Dynamic Oil and Gas Producing Companies rating
  
• 3 deviated wells (with total metreage of over 10,000 m and horizontal sections length of over 1,000 m) were drilled
  
• JV PPC ranked 86th in the TOP-100 Ukraine’s Best Companies rating in the 2003 Profit category
  
• JV Poltava Petroleum Company celebrated its 10th anniversary
  

2003

• 1 well was drilled and tied-in
• The oil tank farm was updated with the tank capacity increased from 4,500 cu m up to 9,500 cu m
  
• 1,000 kW gas generator was installed
  
• The Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of JP Kenny Exploration & Production Ltd.
  
• The Company was given the International Gold Mercury Award for its significant contribution to development of economic relations among European countries
  
• JV PPC was awarded with the Top Grade Quality Mark for perfect quality of its products
  

2002

• 1 well was drilled and tied-in
• The Company implemented a new Work Programme aimed at enhancing the hydrocarbon production and improving the product quality and environmental security
  
• A dew point control unit was commissioned for the 1st time in the Ukrainian oil and gas industry
  
• A vertical well was drilled and two wells sidtrackeds
  
• The Molchanovskoye field was brought into commercial development
  
• JV PPC was presented with the International Platinum Star for quality and technical achievements
  
• JV PPC received the Order of Honour for significant achievements in development of fuel-and-power sector in Ukraine and effective international cooperation
  
• JV PPC was awarded with the National Business Olympus Prize for effective implementation of investment projects
  

2001

• The Rudenkovskoye field exploration phase was completed
  
• The Ignatovskoye field was brought into commercial development
  
• JV PPC was given the International Arch of Europe for Quality and Technology in Gold Category
  
• JV PPC ranked 27th in the National Ukraine’s Best Companies rating in the Best Taxpayers category
  

2000

• A deviated well was drilled in the Ignatovskoye field
  
• Poltavagazprom withdrew from the membership of the JV PPC’s Participants
  
• The Ignatovskoye, Novo-Nikolayevskoye and Molchanovskoye exploration phase was  completed
  

1999

• A structured cable system was commissioned at the Poltava office to support the operation of the corporate computer network and system of communication with the programmable office telephone switch. Computer network was also commissioned at the Production Site
  

1998

• The first in Ukraine full-scale 3D seismic survey was run by JV PPC.

1997

• 4 exploration (including three deviated) and 2 production wells were drilled

1996

• 5 wells were drilled and tied-in
  
• 3 wells were worked over
  
• JV PPC received a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)
  

1995

• Pilot commercial development commenced over the Ignatovskoye and Molchanovskoye fields
  
• The Company started exploration drilling
  

1994

• JV PPC was registered as a limited liability company. JV PPC’s Participants include the  British JP Kenny Exploration & Production Ltd and two Ukrainian enterprises – Poltavagazprom and Poltavaneftegazgeologiya
  
• JV PPC obtained exploration licence for the Novo-Nikolayevskoe area and four production licences
  
• Construction of the Production Site and oil and gas pipeline commenced
  

1993

• Geological information assessment
