Profit In 2009 the pre-tax profit, according to the tax accounting data, was 1,083,100.1 th. UAH. It increased by 45% in comparison to 2008.
	Paid taxes and charges In 2009 JV PPC paid taxes and duties totalling 551,672.6 th. UAH, which is 32% more than in 2008. The amount embraces corporate profit tax accounting for 256,167 th. UAH, VAT in the amount of 240,868 th. UAH, 24,678.5 th. UAH of production taxes, 8,206.9 th. UAH of personal income tax and the other taxes amounting to 21,752.2 th. UAH. Thus, in 2009 the Company paid taxes at about 1,511 th.UAH per day.

Carrying on its business JV PPC follows the principles of corporate social responsibility.

In 2009 JV PPC donated 3,015.6 th. UAH as charitable contributions to local institutions and organizations within the Poltava region.

The amount includes 296.3 th. UAH of material aid.

Total amount of charitable contributions made to institutions and organizations in Ukraine in 2009 amounted to 3,064.7 th. UAH.

Capital investments

The 2009 capital investments are 318,178 th. UAH, which is actually equal to the scope of capital investments in 2008.
