Natural Gas

Copies of documents, initialled by the company’s Director and sealed, required for signing the Contract with JV Poltava Petroleum Company and for registration in the data base to participate in the competitive bidding

(provided for signing the first contract and updated once a year; documents shall be submitted in the scanned form at the address: commerc.gas@ppc.net.ua):

1. 1.The Charter.
2. Certificate for the State Registration of Legal Entity.
3. Certificate for the Registration in the United State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine.
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Passport data of the company’s Director.
6. Banking details.
7. Licence to supply natural gas at unadjusted tariff.

COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCEDURE

10.00 - 11.00 – receipt of initial bids from clients.
0. ROUND
11.00 - 11.07 – consideration of bids, determination of the price for the following round, bid-asked volume spread, advising clients on the price and timing of the first round of the bidding.
1st ROUND
11.07 - 11.22 – receipt of bids from clients confirming their participation in the first round of the competitive bidding.
11.22 - 11.29 – consideration of the bids, determination of the price for the following round and bid-asked volume spread.
2-nd ROUND
11.29 - 11.44 – receipt of bids from clients confirming their participation in the second round of the competitive bidding.
11.44 - 11.51 – consideration of the bids, determination of the price for the following round and bid-asked volume spread

The bidding shall last till the demand equals the supply.
The price for natural gas is incremented by at least UAH 1.00 (one) each round by the seller, unless the bidders raise the price higher themselves.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS OF COMPETITIVE BIDDING

1. Initial bids shall be accepted only from residents of Ukraine.
2. Only clients registered in the data base and provided with a login and password enabling them to log in the electronic bidding system shall be allowed to bid.
3. Minimum lot for purchasing shall equal to 100,000 (one hundred thousand) cubic meters.
4. Any bidder shall obligatory confirm its participation in each round.
5. Any buyer shall be a right to decrease the amount of natural gas declared for different rounds of the competitive bidding, but it may not be less than the minimal lot.
6. 100% prepayment of the purchased natural gas shall be effected by the buyer to the seller’s current account by the date specified in the invitation to bidding.
7. The final price shall be same for all the bidders who won, irrespective of the volume.
8. The Natural Gas Supply Contract shall be terminated in the event of overdue or incomplete payment.
9. No-bid decision shall be sent via e-mail at the address: commerc.gas@ppc.net.ua.

1. Press "Login" (upper right corner of grey field).
2. Fill in the fields ‘Username” ("Ім'я користувача") and ‘Password’ ("Пароль")

3. Press ‘Entry” ("Вхід")
4. Having done these actions you will see your company name in the right upper corner of grey field.
5. The text in blue reads ‘Review of information on competitive bidding’ ("Перегляд інформації про конкурсні торги").
Press it!

6. Select ‘NATURAL GAS COMPETITIVE BIDDING’ ("КОНКУРСНІ ТОРГИ ПРИРОДНИМ ГАЗОМ").
7. Press the button reading ‘CREATE A BID’ ("СТВОРИТИ ЗАЯВКУ").
8. Specify your volume and price in corresponding fields and press ‘SUBMIT THE BID’ ("ПОДАТИ ЗАЯВКУ").
9. Wait for information updating not leaving the system.
10. Having received a new price you may choose one of three options:
a) to confirm the volume and price;
b) to decrease the volume and confirm the price;
c) to refuse to continue bidding and press ‘NO-BID’ ("ВІДМОВА").
*** You must OBLIGATORY choose one of the options!!!

11. In case you have won, you must confirm your consent to purchase the specified volume.
12. Upon completion of the bidding press "LOGOUT" in the upper right corner of grey field.

Please be attentive and having received the username and password, enter them in corresponding fields and make sure you have logged in.
